To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items We are unable to accept returns for items that are:

  • Used, assembled, or altered in any way
  • Damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
  • Returned outside the 14-day window (unless faulty)

We reserve the right to withhold a refund if returned goods do not meet the above conditions. You will be notified of our decision within 14 days of receiving the return.

3. Money-Back Guarantee We offer a full refund if:

  • You received the wrong size or colour
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There was a product fault reported within 30 days of delivery (subject to inspection)

4. How to Make a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us: Email latif@allspacefurnishings.co.uk or call 0161 818 4583 with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 — Pack Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging, well-protected for transit.

Step 3 — Ship the Item: Send to: AllSpace Furnishings, Unit 1E, New Street, Manchester, M40 8AW. You are responsible for the goods until received by us — we recommend a tracked service.

Step 4 — Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed the same day to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email latif@allspacefurnishings.co.uk with photos where applicable
  • If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 14 days of the order date

6. Refunds Refunds are processed to your original payment method on the same day we receive your return. Please allow a few business days for funds to appear depending on your bank or card provider. We do not store your credit card details.
