We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, particularly pricing and product descriptions. We will correct any errors as soon as possible and inform you if a mistake affects your order.

International delivery charges are estimates and calculated per carton.

All products are subject to availability. We will notify you as soon as possible if an item you ordered is out of stock and when it will be back in stock.

Purchase

After placing an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

Once payment is received and security checks are cleared, we will send a dispatch email, at which point your order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse orders prior to acceptance.

Cancellation

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as amended or superseded from time to time you have special rights as a consumer when you shop from home. Delivery and Returns

If you cancel an order, return the goods in their original, unopened packaging and in the condition received.

You are responsible for the goods until they are received by us. Please report any issues with your delivery within 48 hours.

For returns of items that have been used, altered, or damaged, we reserve the right to withhold a refund. We will notify you within 14 days of our decision.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 14 days of the order date.

Extent of Liability

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of breaching any of the terms of our contract with you is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods you purchased and any reasonably foreseeable consequence of is breaching our contract with you. A loss will be deemed to be reasonably foreseeable if it could be anticipated by you and us at the time the order was placed. Our liability shall not in any event include loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, wasted expenditure, depletion of goodwill or any other indirect or consequential loss associated with our contract with you.
